⏳ Progress Clocks

Track anything that builds up over time: the guards growing suspicious, the ritual nearing completion, the flood rising, the rival guild closing in. Click a segment to fill the clock up to it, or the last filled segment to empty it.

⏳ Clocks (0)

No clocks yet. Name one above and pick how many segments it has.

A rule of thumb: 4 segments for a quick complication, 6 for a real threat, 8 for a long project, and 12 for a campaign-sized danger. Fill a segment when the party fails, dawdles, or makes noise, and let something happen when the clock is full.
The clocks stay in this browser, so a refresh or a closed tab won't lose them, and they never leave your device. πŸ’Ύ Back up everything to keep them safe. Click a clock's name to rename it.

    How the Progress Clocks works

Name a clock, pick how many segments it has, and add it. Click a segment to fill the clock up to it, or the last filled one to empty it, and click a clock's name to rename it. A rule of thumb: 4 segments for a quick complication, 6 for a real threat, 8 for a long project, and 12 for a campaign-sized danger. Fill a segment when the party fails, dawdles, or makes noise, and let something happen when the clock is full. The clocks stay in this browser between sessions.

Clocks pair well with the Faction Generator's goals, the Downtime Tracker's weeks, and the twists of the Side Quest Generator. Keep them on your DM Screen where you can see them.
