🏘️ Town Generator

A whole settlement in one roll, from a hamlet to a metropolis: who runs it, the watch, the temple and its god, the factions, its districts and buildings, the people worth knowing, its taverns and shops, the laws, the trouble, the rumors, and a job for the party.

The town tables are the Gazette's own. Its people come from the Town Square's NPC generator, its taverns and its quest from the DM Toolbox, its shops from the Shop page, and its rumors from the Tavern's rumor mill; every link opens the same one there.
The address bar holds the town, so πŸ”— Copy Link shares it. A new size keeps the name, the temple, and the first people; a new place keeps the size and the people; new times change only the taverns, the shops, and what fines and bribes cost.
The temple and the factions can follow the gods of the Pantheon tab.

How the Town Generator works

Pick a size, where it stands, and the times, or roll them. You get who runs the place, the watch, the temple and its god, the factions, the districts and buildings, the people worth knowing, the taverns and shops, the laws (and what fines and bribes cost), the trouble, the rumors, and a job for the party. Its people, taverns, shops, rumors, and quest each open in full on their own tool, as the same one. A new size keeps the name, the temple, and the first people; new times change only the taverns, the shops, and the prices.
